You can reschedule online up to 48 hours before your appointment, and until 24 hours before via phone or email. If you cancel on short notice or don't show up, we may ask you to cover the costs.
Absolutely! If you'd like to bring a friend or family member, please let us know in advance. We can extend the appointment so both of you can enjoy the analysis.

We will dive deep into your results and discuss your skincare routine, ideal ingredients, and products. You'll receive personalized advice and a treatment plan based on your skin's needs. There's absolutely no obligation to purchase or book anything.
The entire session, including a thorough consultation, takes about 60 minutes.
No special preparation is needed! Just keep in mind that we'll ask you to remove any makeup from your skin (excluding eye makeup) before the analysis. If you'd like to reapply makeup afterward, please bring it along.
