What should you do?

Before:

Two weeks before the first peel as well as in between peels: Prepare your skin with selected cosmeceuticals you discussed with your skin coach

Three days before a peel: Do not exfoliate your facial skin or shave or wax your facial hair

After:

Treat your skin with the cosmeceuticals routine you discussed with your skin coach
For at least two weeks after your peel: Use sunscreen (SPF 50) several times a day and avoid intense sunlight
For 24-48 hours after your peel: Try not to touch your face
For 5-7 days after your peel: Do not exfoliate, wax, or shave; visit the sauna/ hammam, swimming pool; exercise
In case of irritations: Calm your skin, for example with cool compresses, cold water after cleansing, drying it with a tissue instead of a rough towel
